Our production lines are up and running. You can continue to place orders for testing instruments and replacement parts and expect to receive them right on schedule.

We have field service techs deployed across NA and available for on-site service calls where travel is not restricted, and they are granted safe access to the site.
Where physical site visits are not possible, we offer remote services to keep your operations running optimally, such as:
- Remote troubleshooting on our equipment
- Available phone, web and video instructions for operational assistance and error resolutions
- Online guidance for routine maintenance and validation tasks
- Remote installation services working with you and your internal support teams
- Ordering of loaner equipment and remote set-up assistance when received
Along with on-site and remote services all our facilities are open across NA allowing you to return appropriate equipment directly to our Lab or Depot locations for a wide breadth of services including Evaluation, Preventative Maintenance, Calibrations, and Repairs.
We have put in place measures to ensure that you can connect with us remotely for:
